This blend is safe for breastfeeding women, however, during pregnancy do not use without the advice of a healthcare practitioner.

Contents: 25g Herbal Tea + 1 x Loose Leaf Tea Strainer.
Preparation:
Gas and Bloating is easily prepared using the tea diffuser supplied. Simply place one heaped teaspoon of tea in the diffuser and place in a cup of boiling water. Leave to steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
Tea may be prepared in larger quantities and kept refrigerated in a jug to be consumed as needed.
Dose:
2-3 cups per day
When choosing a Belly Band, simply use your current clothing size as a guide - do adjust for weight gain when ordering early in pregnancy.
