How to put on your Belly Band
In the video, our pregnant model demonstrates how to put on the belly band.
*When not pregnant the Belly Band can be place anywhere on the torso, it can also be turned upside down so the outer strap is at the top if preferred.
Using after surgery,
It's best to have the belly band available before you go into surgery, as many people start wearing in the first 24 hrs.
If the site is too tender, then you may wish to leave for a few extra day, or whenever it feels ok t wear. the belly band should be worn for aprox six weeks, and any time in the next 12 months when you will be doing any strenuous activities.

Can you wear next to skin?
Yes! But if you find your skin is sensitive to the elastic material, wear the band over clothing.
Can I sleep in it?
Yes! Fit the garment so that it is comfortable and snug and won’t move around as you sleep.
Can I wear when sitting?
Yes! But do use at your discretion as some people may find it uncomfortable or rolls down when sitting or bending.
Tip! A belly band itself should not cause you discomfort, if you do experience pain or discomfort when applying compression, discontinue use and consult your doctor to address the issue.
