Any customs fees, duties or sales taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is returned to Belly Bands due to unpaid duties or taxes, a refund will be processed less the return shipping cost and administration fee.

Shipping FAQs

Will I receive a tracking number?

• Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure your email and delivery details are correct when placing your order. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking so you can respond to any delivery issues.

Can I change my shipping address?

• Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change it.

What is Shipping Protection?

• Shipping Protection covers lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. This fee is automatically added to your cart for convenience but can be removed at checkout.

What is the Return to Sender fee?

• If your parcel is uncollected or cannot be delivered because an incorrect address was provided, Australia Post charges $15 to return the parcel to Belly Bands. This fee is passed on if we need to send the parcel again, or deducted from your refund if the products are no longer required.
• Belly Bands uses reputable delivery services to help ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of purchase where the gold tamper-evident seal remains intact.

Change-of-mind returns incur a $12,95 restocking fee to help cover administration, packing and dispatching costs.

Important: Belly Bands are personal hygiene garments worn directly against the body, including around intimate areas and during post-surgery recovery. For the health and hygiene of every customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the gold tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed, as we can no longer guarantee the garment has not been worn.
