Belly Bands Size Guide

Size Guide

For Both Women and Men

We’ve made it simple to find the perfect fit for your Belly Band. You can choose your size using your current clothing size or your measurements - whichever is easier.

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
If you need a plus size, extra width, or a more tailored fit, select the Custom Made option.

2. For a More Accurate Fit: Use Your Measurements

Step 1 — Measure Yourself

  1. Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and tummy (use whichever measurement is larger).

  2. Add 15 cm to this measurement - this allows necessary overlap for comfort and adjustment.

Now compare your final measurement to our Belly Band lengths:

  • Petite: 100 cm length

  • Standard: 125 cm length

  • Large: 140 cm length

Choose the band length that your measurement fits comfortably within.

If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one for the most comfortable and adjustable fit.
