Welcome to Heal Better, a mobile application (the "App") developed by Belly Bands and Heal Better (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Heal Better App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the App.

By accessing or using the Heal Better App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

"Heal Better" is a mobile application designed to facilitate smoother recovery post abdominal surgery. The App is intended for use by both Patients and Medical Professionals. It can be downloaded on Apple or Android devices.
3. User Accounts
a. No Mandatory Account Creation: Users are not required to create an account to access basic features of the App. No personal information, other than a first name, is necessary for initial access.
b. Optional Personalisation: While an account is not mandatory, patients are welcome to enter additional information, such as their surgery date, to enhance the personalised experience of the App. It's important to note that this information is not stored by the creator of the app.
c. Medical Professional Access: Medical professionals do not need to create an account to use the App for professional purposes. The App provides access to relevant features without the necessity of a separate account for medical professionals.
4. Privacy Policy

5. Use of the App
a. You agree to use the App for its intended purpose, which includes but is not limited to facilitating information related to post-abdominal surgery recovery.

b. The App is to be used in conjunction with Doctors Care and does not substitute for Medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to request to suspend your use and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these terms. Compliance with such requests is mandatory.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. The most current version will be available on the App. By continuing to use the App after changes, you agree to the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
